Order Form

This makes it easier for me to understand your commission correctly, so please fill it completely.- Type: (Simple chibi, Full chibi, etc.).
- Amount of Characters: (Max 2 per order). If you need more, contact me first!
- Name of Character(s) and where they appear: (Name of series, game, anime, etc.).
- Description of personality traits + body type of the character(s): (eg. always angry, really cute mannered, thin, etc.) ← Please keep descriptions as clear and short as possible.
- Reference(s): (Clothing, expression, pose, anything you want, MAINLY IMAGES).
- Color pallette: If you wish that I use certain colors (warm/cold colors, etc.). If not stated, I will use colors to my liking.
- Extra items: (if added, remember that there will be an extra fee).
- Background color: (Flat color or transparent). If you want a more elaborated background, an extra fee will be applied.
- Username: (To credit you when publishing the commission).

Terms of Service

General

- I reserve the right to reject your commission for any reason.
- I only accept a limited number of slots at a time. If the slots are full, you will be added to a waitlist and will be notified if I decide to take on your commission.
- I may propose a different pose in case I consider the requested one too difficult for my chibi style.
- Please make sure that your references and description focus only on the illustration. Be as clear and specific as possible regarding the visual aspects of the drawing (pose, expression, clothing, colors, or whatever applies). There is no need to include context or information that does not directly influence the drawing itself.
- Please send mainly images along with a good description explaining them, detailing exactly what you want for a complete understanding. If there are no specifications or if they are vague, I will make it according to my own judgment and preference.
- Changes to the details of your commission will not be accepted once payment has been made. This will only be possible if payment has not been made (which must be adjusted to the new details).
- All commissions can include a flat-color or transparent background (at no additional cost).

Payment

- Payment must be made exclusively in MXN through bank deposit or transfer in MXN. Only if you are a foreigner, you may pay through PayPal.
- Prices for each type of commission may vary depending on complexity or additional objects.
- Payment must be made in a single installment and in advance.
- If I allow you to pay in two installments, the first payment must be 50% of the total commission price and must be made before work begins. The second payment, corresponding to the remaining 50%, must be made once the sketch has been approved. The commission will only continue once the second payment has been fully paid.
- For face-only commissions, the full payment must be made before the digital commission is delivered.
- 🚨 Clients who have not fully paid their commissions (in general or by the indicated deadline) will lose their right to receive it and it will be canceled. Any payment made up to that point will NOT be refundable.
- If no payment deadline was provided, the client will have up to 6 weeks to pay the remaining balance starting from the moment the second payment is requested. Once that time has passed, the commission will be automatically canceled. Any payment made up to that point will NOT be refundable.
- ⚠️ If you wish to continue your commission after the payment deadline or grace period has passed, an additional late payment fee of 20%-50% of your total order will be applied.
- The first payment must be made within 3 days of receiving the payment details or the commission will be canceled along with your place in the queue.
- If the client decides to cancel before the commission is completed, they will not be entitled to claim the first payment.
- If you encounter any problems, you can contact me to discuss an alternative for completing your payments :')For physical items:
- PAYMENT DATES ARE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT AND ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE; THEY MUST BE PAID ON TIME.
- If the client does not finish paying for their commission, THEIR PIECE WILL NOT BE ORDERED.

Deadlines and delivery

- Digital commissions typically take 1~6 weeks (starting from the acceptance of the first payment) to complete, as I work on them outside of my regular working hours.
- Timelines may vary due to factors such as health, workload, complexity, or personal/work-related matters. Any significant delays will be communicated to the client immediately.
- After accepting your commission, you will be placed in a queue where you will be able to see the stage of your commission or your position in the queue.
- Maximum delivery time: 2 months.For physical items
Since physical item commissions are planned for in-person delivery or shipping, you will receive the item by the date specified for the commission. Please keep this in mind!

Revisions

- Changes to the details of your commission will not be accepted once the first payment has been made or the commission has been completed.
- Up to 3 small corrections (color errors, forgotten details, or drawing errors) will be accepted free of charge during the lineart or coloring stages, as long as they are due to mistakes on my part.
- Only 3 major changes are accepted during the sketch stage.
- YCH commissions are entitled to only 1 major change during the lineart stage (no complete rework) and 2 small corrections during coloring.
- Face commissions will be delivered fully finished for review and will be entitled to 3 revisions. I deliver them finished this way because it makes it easier for me to work and allows you to visualize the progress with color.
- Any additional changes requested by the client will have an additional fee of 20% per change.
- A commission will not be reworked due to a lack of specifications or omissions (on the client's part) regarding the nature of commissions. The client must be clear in their description and be aware of the possible limitations of their commission request when placing it.
- If a revision is sent and I do not receive a response within 72 hours, the process will continue and/or the commission will be considered completed after 2 weeks without communication. Please keep an eye out for any updates or inform me of any setbacks.
- All progress updates are provided with a watermark. Only if you have paid 100% of the total will you receive progress updates without a watermark.

Communication

- Once the commission process has started, all updates or requests will be handled through a single communication channel chosen by the client.
- DO NOT disclose any personal information obtained during the transaction, or legal action will be taken.
- If you have any questions, you can contact me before placing a commission order via direct messages on Instagram or Facebook.

Physical Objects

- The commission will be marked as completed once the digital files have been delivered. The delivery of the order will remain pending and will be carried out in one of 2 ways:--- If your delivery is for an event, the order will be delivered to you in person. You may only claim it using the purchase code that I will provide.

Copyright / Usage policy

- NO for NFT use. NO for AI training. Personal use only.
- By commissioning me, you are only purchasing my services as an artist. I retain all copyright to my work.
- Any unauthorized use of the commission is prohibited (commercial use, editing, color changes, claiming you made it, promotion, commercial use, AI training, AI modification, etc.).
- As the client, you are allowed to: (1) Use the artwork ONLY for personal use; (2) Claim the rights to your OC characters; (3) Print the artwork for yourself (please keep in mind that the delivered file is not optimized for printing); (4) Share the artwork publicly with proper credit to the artist. Do not remove my signature!
- I, as the creator of the piece, am allowed to: (1) Use the artwork for self-promotional purposes (if you wish to keep the piece private, an NDA fee will be added); (2) use the artwork in my portfolio; (3) make merchandise of the artwork (only if the client approves, and a discount will be offered).
- If the commission is canceled halfway through the process, the client may not use any work produced up to that point for any reason.
- If the client cancels or fails to complete their payments by the indicated deadlines, I will have the right to use/modify (in the case of OCs) the work produced for my commercial purposes.
- YCH templates used as samples for commissions are for my personal and commercial use only. Their public use, reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited without my explicit consent.

Refunds

NO REFUNDS unless I suggest it first or at your request if I have failed to complete the commission within the agreed time.

FINAL AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions may be updated without prior notice. Any order with at least one confirmed payment will be fulfilled under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.By placing an order with me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.✦ Thank you! ✦
