Chibi Commissions

✦ Details of character (clothing, accessories or extra objects) will be simplified.
✦ Surprise commission! No communication, No WIP´s, No revisions. Only mistakes will be revised.

Order Form

This makes it easier for me to understand your commission correctly, so please fill it completely.- Type: (Simple chibi, Full chibi, etc.).
- Amount of Characters: (Max 2 per order). If you need more, contact me first!
- Name of Character(s) and where they appear: (Name of series, game, anime, etc.).
- Description of personality traits + body type of the character(s): (eg. always angry, really cute mannered, thin, etc.) ← Please keep descriptions as clear and short as possible.
- Reference(s): (Clothing, expression, pose, anything you want, MAINLY IMAGES).
- Color pallette: If you wish that I use certain colors (warm/cold colors, etc.). If not stated, I will use colors to my liking.
- Extra items: (if added, remember that there will be an extra fee).
- Background color: (Flat color or transparent). If you want a more elaborated background, an extra fee will be applied.
- Username: (To credit you when publishing the commission).
- Email: (I will make the invoice to and maintain contact with you through this address).
- Desired turn in date: (Consider the time frame I have stated in the ToS).
- Notes (optional): (You can add any personal notes if you think necessary).* In case of an OC, description and references should be clear.

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to have accepted these terms.

Rules

  • Complex backgrounds or landscapes

- I have the right to reject your commission for any reason.
- I only accept limited number of slots at a time.
- If slots are full, you will be added to a waitlist.
- I may propose a different pose in case I consider the requested one is too difficult for my chibi style.
- Make your references as precise as possible. Send mainly images for better understanding. You can also provide short but concise descriptions in case no images are available. A fee will be applied for complex or scarce descriptions. If there's no specifications, I will make it to my liking.
- Changes to the details of your commission will not be accepted once the payment has been made. This will only be accepted if the payment has not been made (which must be adjusted to the new details).
- Once the commission process has started, all updates or requests will be handled only through emails.
- All commissions can come with a flat or transparent color background (at no cost).

Payment

- Payment must only be in USD through Ko-fi.
- Prices for each type of commission may vary depending on complexity or additional objects.
- Payment must be made in a single installment and in advance.
- Invoice payments should be paid fully within 3 days or commission request will be declined along with queue position.

Revisions

- Changes to the details of your commission will not be accepted once the payment has been made or commission completed.
- Only small corrections on mistakes on my part (color correction, small detail forgotten, or drawing error) will be accepted and free of charge.
- If you want a major correction, a fee of 40% will be applied for each correction.
- If a revision is sent and I do not receive a response within 3 days, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.

Deadlines and delivery

- Commissions typically take 1~4 weeks to complete, as they are worked on outside my regular working hours.
- Timelines may vary due to factors like health, workload, complexity, or personal/work issues.
- Any delays will be communicated to the client promptly.
- After I accept your commission, you will be placed in a queue and will be kept updated on the stage of your commission or queue position.
- Max time of delivery: 2 months.

Copyright / Usage policy

- NOT for NFT use. NOT for AI training. Personal use only.
- By commissioning me, you are only buying my services as an artist. I retain all copyright to my work.
- Any unauthorized use of the commission is prohibited (commercial use, editing, color change, claiming you made it, promotion, commercial use, AI training, etc.).
- As the commissioner are allowed to: (1) Use the artwork ONLY for personal use; (2) Claim the rights to your OC characters; (3) Print the artwork for yourself (take into consideration that the file is not print-friendly); (4) share the artwork publicly with proper credit to the artist. Do not remove watermark!
- I as the creator of the piece, am allowed to: (1) Use the artwork for self-promotional purposes (If you wish to make the piece private a NDA fee will be added); (2) use the artwork for my portfolio; (2) make merchandise of the artwork (commissioners will be asked first for permission and offered a discount if that happens).
- If the client cancels in the middle of the work, they are not permitted to use any worked drafts for any reason.

Refunds

NO REFUNDS unless suggested by me first or If I have failed to complete the commission within the agreed time.

Communication

- Once the commission process has started, all updates or requests will be handled only through VGen DMs.
- DO NOT disclose any personal information granted to you or found in the transaction process, or legal action will be taken.
- For any inquiries, you may contact me beforehand on Instagram, Facebook or Vgen DMs before placing a commission order.

FINAL AGREEMENT

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
